  1. Do I Get The Specific Home I Booked On The Website?
    Yes, every effort is made to ensure that you stay in the home you request. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, such as maintenance issues, your booking may be moved to a property of equal or greater value and/or amenities. If this occurs, you will be notified at the earliest date possible.

  2. Do All Homes Have Pools?
    All single family units come with a screened in pool. Some our our townhomes also come with private screened in pools, our condos are in resort-style communities which have community pools.

  3. What Is Provided In The Vacation Home?
    Homes are fully furnished including a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishware, and utensils; dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, and cable TV. In addition, we provide towels and linens. We do not provide: cleaning supplies, additional soaps and paper products, food, drinks, or anything that you plan to consume.

    We do not provide: cleaning supplies or daily cleaning/laundry service, additional soaps and paper products, food, drinks, or anything that you plan to consume.

  5. Are Pools/Spa Heated?
    Pool heat is available to you at an additional daily/weekly charge. Pool heat is recommended from October through April. Spas heat to the same temperture as the pool and do not operate on a separate system.

  6. Do You Offer Hot Tubs?
    Hot Tubs are available only if indicated with property description.

  7. Are Properties Cleaned On A Daily Basis?
    No, The property is cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. You may request maid for an in-stay clean at a standard cleaning rate. We ask that arrangements for mid-stay cleans are made during reservation.

  8. Are Pets Allowed?
    A non-refundable $250.00 fee is required for our pet-friendly homes. We require you request a pet-friendly home upon placing reservations.

  9. What Are Check-In/Check-Out Times?
    Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. An early check-in or late check-out may be prearranged when placing your reservation. There will be a $50 fee for early check-ins and late check-outs.

  10. How Close Are The Vacation Homes To Disney and Other Attractions?
    Most properties are just a short Drive to Disney and other locations, check with your vacation specialists about your property location.

  11. Are There Restaurants and Shopping Areas Close By?
    Yes, is most cases restaurants ahd shopping areas are within minutes of the properties, major shopping malls are normally 20-25 minute drive.

  12. Are Your Vacation Homes Timeshare?
    No our properties are individually owned by private owners in most cases we are the property manager and/or booking agent.

  13. Do you have a booking and cancellation policy?
    There is a $100.00 booking fee at the time of reservation. Full payment of your reservation is due no later than 30 days prior to your date of arrival. Please see terms and conditions for cancellation policies and procedures.

  14. What is your minimum stay requirement?
    Normally there is a 4 night minimum stay on 3 - 5 bedroom propeties. 5 night minimum stay 6 bedrooms or more except during High Season and Holiday Periods there is a 5 minimum of 5 nights on all properties.
